Wednesday, packed the file into a box and wrapped it up in order to sent it to the client com via Poslaju.

Friday, do some office job, and start to learn on how to draw 3D model in Autocad

6th week
On monday, i went to Kencana HL in Lumut, Perak for a meeting with Kencana's engineers. We were discussing on our project on the platform, on how to solve problems encountered.
Tuesday, I reported myself to pasir gudang office since they asked me to join servicing our machine there. We need to repair the machine so that it will work on its desired condition.
Wednesday, went to all vendors around Johor Bahru to find spare parts that we ned to ship to offshore. Find the required parts and do packaging
Thursday, continue with the servicing of the machine, try to find the main cause of the machine's problem. Figure out what are the problems, fixed it.
Friday, minor adjustment to the machine in order for the operator to handle the machine easier. Test the machine, and it works at it desired performance
Saturday, do housekeeping at the workshop. Reorganize the parts accordingly and do cataloging of parts in order for ease of maintenance later in the future.
Back to KL on Saturday, since Monday need to do complete some stuff at the office.

5th week
hi, from now on, i will updating my blog once a week since i have been given a task to travel around to help with certain project at the site, it is now my turn to check the project whether the progress of the projects are smooth and according to the given schedule.
This week, i have given tasks on doing the Bill of Material for the project. I must complete the BOM for the pipe fitting and pass it to the project manager. This is my first time to do the most complicated BOM since before this the BOM in our project just as much as half a page, but this project the BOM for fitting almost 2 pages. This is what i do in the office for the fifth week of my internship.

last week updates
hi everyone
it has been a week i didn't update my blog. Well it is because of i went for site visit ah pasir gudang, Johor. Spend in pasir gudang for 3 days, went to the ship yard where the com current maintenance project is. The place that i went to was the MMHE yard. At first, i thought that the yard was small, but turn out to be it is huge yard. When i entered the yard, i can see the construction of ships, oil rig and maintenance of many ships. I was shown by the En Sazali the biggest platform to be build in Gemusut which i dont know where. It was huge compared to other platform. Then i was brought to our site where we do maintenance which is hydro jetting on a pipe laying ship. the ship was as big as a tanker and it was in horrible condition with lots of rust and hole. I've been told that we are not allowed to take pics as it his against the policy. But, i manage to take few pictures. Then i was taught on how to set up the machine. It was tiring as one hose weight is around 12 kg, and i need to lift up 10 hose to set up for the hydro jetting on the ship. Then we need to screw the connection and put on safety ring as it acts as safety in case of the connection fail. Then we do some testing on the engine, and try to flow water thru the hose. when we see water coming out from the hose, then we connect the nozzle and test the water pressure. Due to the process of scrapping rust, the working pressure for the machine is 30,000 psi. U guys should be there and experience the noise. Eventhough we need to use the ear plug, but believe me, ur ears still hurts. after the set up, which run for 10 min, we stopped and send the equipment up to the working area. I did this for 2 days, and day 3 is the day where i do some office work at pasir gudang.
